PARTS UNKNOWN ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please return your item(s) to us in its original condition within 60 days of purchase. Returns on purchases made within 30 days, will receive a full merchandise refund. Returns between 31-60 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. After 60 days, returns are no longer accepted. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
All tags and tickets should still be attached to the garment(s) and the garment(s)/item(s) must be in new, unworn, unlaundered and in a resalable condition for a prompt refund or exchange.

Send your trackable return to us via UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your merchandise and please note if you would like a refund or an exchange. Please be sure to insure your package for its full value and to use a trackable return service. You may return the product to the address below.

If you would like to exchange the merchandise, please indicate what size you would like as a replacement. Please allow 3-5 days after receipt for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will send a return or exchange notification email for your records. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Merchandise exchanges will be shipped to you with no additional shipping fee via UPS or USPS ground services. (Only apply to addresses within the Continental United States.)
Occasionally, merchandise can be damaged while in shipment. Though we make every attempt to package all fragile items in a manner to avoid damage, sometimes there is some possibility of damage occurring. Please contact us immediately at 877.761.8073 if you open your package and discover a damaged product within. Please include a copy of your Return Shipping Receipt with your damaged merchandise for a full refund. Failure to notify us within one week of receipt of your package may result in your claim being denied.
Occasionally, merchandise does not wear as anticipated. If you are unsatisfied with the wear of your merchandise, you may return it to us for evaluation. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 877.761.8073 during our customer service hours to arrange for merchandise inspection. (Monday-Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm Central Time)
Footwear manufacturers do not guarantee sole wear and may require Parts Unknown to send the footwear back for factory inspection prior to authorizing a replacement pair. Your return shipping will be refunded to you if the merchandise is deemed a manufacturer defect and replaced by Parts Unknown.
